We are pleased to report that Appian Capital and Alliance Residential have closed on the sale of a 200-unit Class A luxury multifamily community Broadstone Osborn.
TAM was an investor with Appian, a real estate private equity firm that partnered with developer Alliance Residential on the project.
This was our first round-trip for TAM investors with Appian Capital, we remain bullish on the long-term prospects that Appian can continue to find value in growing core markets.
